All processed food. These foods include cookies and cake box, pre-cooked meals, canned juices and drinks, many of cereals and other products. The reason they are considered bad is because most contain hydrogenated fats, high salt and high in sugar or corn syrup. They may also contain other chemicals such as dyes and preservatives.

Foods that cause inflammation. These foods include milk and its derivatives, sugar, peanut butter and olive oil, salt it contributes to fluid retention, among others. Acne is the product of inflation caused by bacterial infections which in turn is caused by blocked pores excess segregation. Any food that causes inflammation should be avoided.

Milk is a highly nutritious food and our recommendation is to experiment if you stop eating the low acne you know the answer but to limit their intake to skim milk is sufficient. If you suffer from severe acne is to eliminate it for a while for your body to recover.Other foods that can cause inflammation are the excess of species and spicy foods.

Coffee and tea are also considered inflammatory to the skin. The coffee is preferable to you but both should be eaten in moderation. Caffeine is found in many foods such as sodas.

The ketchup has as much sugar as some desserts. If you suffer from acne you should limit your intake of sugar to an occasional dessert.

Controlling the bad fats

Fats should not be removed but must be controlled and to avoid bad fats (press to read more). Good fats and especially fats rich in omega 3 fatty acids are preferred. Foods rich in omega 3 are flaxseed and salmon. Leave fried foods for special occasions, excess fat is not healthy.

Refined flour. The refined flours are processed in the body as sugar for this reason should be eaten sparingly.

If you are wondering what about chocolates?

The answer is the chocolates are made mostly of sugar and butter. There is no problem with the cocoa but have too much sugar. You can eat as a reward sporadically.
