Cellulite

  • Eat plenty of water (eight glasses a day). Water removes toxins from the body
  • Reduce or eliminate salt intake. This contributes to fluid retention in the body
  • Eat plenty of fiber or natural. This helps our bodies to function well and eliminate all waste. Eat fresh vegetables
  • Avoid drinking or flour or refined sugars
  • Limit your fat intake, because they contribute to the accumulation of toxins and are highly fattening
  • Reduce the consumption of species as well as irritate the stomach contributes to the accumulation of toxins in the body
  • Avoid alcoholic or soft drinks (sodas) because they lack nutrients
  • Eat a vitamin supplement to help your body burn fat more efficiently and improve cellulite
  • Try to massage or energetic daily as it helps improve the appearance of cellulite and stimulate circulation
  • Set the routine of maintaining two to three times a day your legs elevated to prevent fluid accumulation in the same.
