Natural Masks to Moisturize and Nourish Skin

Nothing like nature to provide everything we need for a healthy and beautiful skin. Here are two natural masks to moisturize and nourish our skin. Although for the face can be used throughout the body. You only need natural ingredients from your kitchen and garden.

Natural Masks

Pumpkin Mask : Natural Beauty for normal or dry skin.
Ingredients :
Pulp 2 tablespoons pumpkin (squash), you can use natural or
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk or cream
Procedure:
1 – Mix the ingredients
2 – Wipe your face and apply your mask
3 – let it set for 20 minutes
4 – Wash your face, if you want you can use your tonic or astringent.

Rose Petals Mask
Ingredients :
1 – cup milk or cream
2 – Three tablespoons of rose petals (or flower you want). Wash the petals that do not contain insecticides or preservatives.
3 – 1 tablespoon of glycerin
Procedure:
Put the milk to warm water bath. When this warm add the other ingredients. Combine everything and remove it from heat.
When mixture is cold you can, if you want, put it in the blender for uniformity. You can save it in a clean jar in the refrigerator. It lasts three days.

Apply it as instructed by the recipe above.
