
Respirators fruit and vegetables are wonderful for your skin. The ingredients found in your kitchen within minutes and without effort can nourish and smoothen your skin.
The first thing you should do when selecting a mask is to identify the needs of your skin. Masks should be applied with rotary movements in the direction of the muscles of the face and upward.
For best result of the masks, you relax while you have the mask on. Listen to your favorite music, close your eyes and forget the world. Let your skin absorb the wonderful natural ingredients.
The following masks are suitable for all skin types, but some benefit some types more than others. Remember that before applying a mask your skin should be clean. The masks are usually due to leave on face for 10 to 15 minutes, then you should take it off with water preferably at normal temperature.
If the consistency of the mixture of fruit pulp is not sufficiently cohesive to apply on the face, add a teaspoon of flour or oatmeal.
- Bananas. Peel and prepare a mashed banana. Wipe your face with the fingertips extending the pulp of bananas in the face. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Beneficial for all skin types.
- Papaya. Peel the papaya and prepare a smooth mixture with the pulp. Apply it on face and neck. The papaya should not be left on the skin more than 5 minutes. Ideal for normal and oily skin.
- Apple. Prepare a mixture with pulp of the fruit, you can manually or food processor blender. This mask is especially beneficial for skin with pimples or blackheads.
- Melon. Follow the above method of preparation and implementation. This mask helps dry skin and normal.
- Cucumber. For oily or normal skin.
