How do I clean my face?
The facial skin is very delicate. You wipe your face at least twice a day. I usually never more than three times. Cleaning the skin too dry. The skin of the face must not stretch and movement to be upward.

Cleaning takes only a few seconds but should be an opportunity to stimulate the circulation. This is done in a circular motion using the fingertips to the concavity (suck it) in their hands.

Do I need to use sponges and brushes?
You’ve probably noticed as fashionable now as sponges for face and various types of brushes. It is imperative to use sponges or brushes. They help to stimulate the circulation but the hands and fingers do the same function. They also help exfoliate, natural sea sponges are very effective. Not all types of skin respond well to these daily treatments. If you have dry or sensitive skin do not use them every day.

If you use sponges or brushes is necessary to keep them free of bacteria. For this they must be clean and dry in a place where they can breathe. Avoid using plastic sponges and brushes if you use these must be very soft bristles.

Tonic, Necessary or Not?
The tonic or astringent is desirable but not essential. The traditional role of tonic has been remove residual cleanser and help close the pores.

The truth is that modern cleaning products are much more efficient than in the past and the tonic is no longer necessary. The tonic leaves a pleasant sensation on the skin, so that many women prefer.
