What is Cellulite?

It is a condition that has been considered primarily aesthetic. However, in reality is a disease of the cells of body fat, which become inflamed, enlarged and become more rigid. This causes the fat to become trapped in the upper layers of the skin, forming nodules of fat, water and toxins that give an image similar to that of orange peel.

Considerations

Cellulite affects mostly females because of the effect of hormones, it is estimated that 90% of women worldwide has this condition, which is common to start from adolescence. The thighs, hips and abdomen are the most prone to develop this accumulation of fat.

Causes
Several factors contribute to the onset of this disease are: sex hormones (produced by the body or contraceptive use), genetic predisposition (family with the same problem), lack of exercise (favors fat accumulation and stagnation of body fluids), poor diet (excess fat, flour or sugar) or the use of tight clothing which impedes blood circulation.
