* Eat raw fruits and vegetables
* Drink plenty of water 8 glasses of water a day (about 2 liters)
* Be sure to consume protein in your meals. If you are a vegetarian be careful eating complementary proteins. The only food plant with complete protein is soy.
* Be sure to eat fruits and vegetables of every color every day to make sure that these eating all the antioxidants that the body needs.
* Whole Foods to prefer white foods, eg brown rice, whole wheat, oats etc.
* Take a daily vitamin supplement. This preferably should include Alpha Lipoic Acid (alpha lipoic acid), CoQ10, Ester C and antioxidants: vitamin A, C and E plus complex B.
* Take supplements of linseed oil or linseed oil used as salad dressing. This oil is rich in omega 3, which is necessary for cell regeneration.

* You can adapt these changes to your normal meals and eat and cook the way you like. (more…)

All processed food. These foods include cookies and cake box, pre-cooked meals, canned juices and drinks, many of cereals and other products. The reason they are considered bad is because most contain hydrogenated fats, high salt and high in sugar or corn syrup. They may also contain other chemicals such as dyes and preservatives.

Foods that cause inflammation. These foods include milk and its derivatives, sugar, peanut butter and olive oil, salt it contributes to fluid retention, among others. Acne is the product of inflation caused by bacterial infections which in turn is caused by blocked pores excess segregation. Any food that causes inflammation should be avoided.

Milk is a highly nutritious food and our recommendation is to experiment if you stop eating the low acne you know the answer but to limit their intake to skim milk is sufficient. If you suffer from severe acne is to eliminate it for a while for your body to recover. (more…)

Acne is a skin disease that you have almost 75 percent of adolescents.

Although it can occur in adulthood especially pregnant women and during the days of the menses due to hormone changes that are experienced in these situations.

Exist on the skin called sebaceous glands that produce sebum or fat whose function is to lubricate the skin. The grease goes on the skin surface through conduits and through the pores. The problem occurs when the pores become clogged and prevent the fat comes out, causing the appearance of unsightly pimples. (more…)
