7. Not exercising
The exercise not only brings good humor, it also increases the speed of blood circulation, making a pink cheek. No matter if you exercise regularly or occasionally, are good for reducing stress, which leads to better skin. When you’re under pressure, the level of cortisol increases, thus the skin problems like acne and others begin to occur. If the cortisol level decreases, the skin will be soft and fresh. Of course, you should clean your face after exercising.

Lack of sleep leads to stress and strain, thus causing problems to occur in the skin such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. Sleep is the best time for the body to recover from the damage that occurs during the day. The reconstruction of the cells decreases if the process is interrupted.
