This is the most temperamental skin there. Sensitive skin requires special care. It is easy to identify and in most cases can be normalized or improved with proper care.

This skin is delicate, slightly dry and ready to allergic reactions. Changes in temperature and harsh or abrasive cosmetics cause irritation, leaving skin red and sometimes with visible blood vessels. Most people think they have sensitive skin, but this is a relative term. The sensitive skin is skin reactive.

In aesthetics sensitive skin is a type of skin with special conditions may be due to our genes or an imbalance in our system. It is not a desired condition, it is a skin that requires much effort and ready to go sour.

What is sensitive skin?
The skin reacts to the environment in different ways to look good and other times feels dry and mistreated. Most of the time the skin is sensitive to environmental conditions:

It is very important to regular skin care and attention should be paid to the conditions around us first if you have a lot of stress you should try to relax, if your nutrition is poor, trying to balance your diet and if you live in very hot or cold Always protect your skin with the right products. Drink water and avoid fats and spices.

When I use the exfoliator?
It depends on your skin type. If you have oily skin you can use up to three times a week. But normally once a week is recommended.

All skin types need peeling even dry and sensitive skins. This is an easy to make at home. The apple, papaya, yogurt, oatmeal and lemon are natural exfoliators. The sensitive skin should use exfoliating treatments less often.

Do I need to wear masks?
If. all skins need masks. Masks penetrate to levels where everyday products do not. The masks must be according to your skin type and your special needs (see our article).

As you know there are several types of skin. There are several ways to classify skin types. There are main types are as follows.

Normal Skin
Feel lucky if you have this skin type. This skin has a smooth texture, no pimples and open pores. It presents no greasy or dry areas. People with this type of skin just need a basic beauty regimen to maintain natural balance. But every skin needs care to keep it healthy and beautiful.

Sensitive Skin
This skin is delicate, slightly dry and ready to allergic reactions. Changes in temperature and harsh or abrasive cosmetics cause irritation, leaving skin red and sometimes with visible blood vessels. People with this skin type need to use alcohol or PABA-free products (used in sunscreens).

Oily Skin
This skin is characterized by an over production of sebum and oils resulting in open pores, blackheads and pimples.
